Family Cheese ‘n Sausage Bake
- 14 breakfast pork sausage links, cut in fourths
- 6 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups Pancake Mix
- 1 cup (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- 3 cups (12 oz.) cubed Monterey Jack cheese
Another breakfast for dinner. Fast and easy to throw together, I used breakfast sausage links (the little ones) and quartered them before throwing them in the pan. Everything else just gets mixed together and then they whole thing is dumped in a baking dish. Easy peasy, lemon squeezey! We did not try either syrup or preserves on top, the dish was so buttery tasting that I didn’t want to lose that flavor to something sweet.
