I took this along to the pool the other day. All my friends said it was very good. Not quite as refreshing as a regular lemonade, but tasty nonetheless. The recipe says 10 mint sprigs, but doesn’t indicate the size of said sprigs. My sprigs began as about 8-inches long, but they were too big for the pan so I snipped my springs in half to fit them in. I don’t know if I had 10 or 20 sprigs, guess it depends on what your definition of sprig is. The outcome was still good.
