- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp each sweet orange marmalade and olive oil
- 2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1-lb flank steak
In shallow baking dish, whisk all marinade ingredients
Add steak to marinade. Cover; refrigerate 3 to 6 hours.
Prepare grill with medium-hot fire. Remove steak from dish; discard marinade. grill 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let steak rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice diagonally across grain.

This was so bad that I didn’t even take a picture of it! We used flank steak, grilled it, but it was very dry. It would be easy to blame the griller, but he’s usually very good at it. So this one was a flop.
