Mac & Cheese Lasagna
- 7 ¼ ounces macaroni and cheese pasta mix
- ½ lb. lean ground beef
- 12 ounce bottle spaghetti sauce
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Heat oven to 350°F
Prepare mac & cheese using directions on package
Brown meat in skillet; drain.
Spoon half of the Mac & Cheese into lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of half each sauce, meat and shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 12 servings
