All In One Bacon & Cheddar Waffles
|We were fixing this on the Foreman Grill. A little more than ⅓ cup should be used for each waffle. Our first waffle took 3 ½ minutes to cook, but the rest took about 5 to get nicely browned. These were wonderfully easy to make. We cooked and crumbled bacon instead of going with bacon bits, so mine were slightly more messy and time consuming. I think I would rather have all the bacon in the batter and just warm syrup instead of making another pot dirty. Also used regular bisquick, because it’s what I had. Love that this did not require anything more than water and butter. We doubled the recipe and ended up with 14 total waffles.
