Cheesy Chili Popcorn

Guess what we were doing tonight! We love Po! What a great way to jazz up your popcorn. We used microwave (mostly because I am terrible at popping kernels on the stove). It tells you how to store it, but there were no leftovers in this house. Here’s a tip, a great way to coat popcorn like this is in a brown paper bag, it gives you plenty of room to shake things up. Now it’s time for the show…

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Place popcorn in a large bowl. In a small bowl stir together butter, chili powder, and garlic powder. Drizzle over popcorn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature up to 3 days.
