Ranch Roast

Ranch Roast

This smelled really good cooking. I got excited that I found a new, super easy, roast recipe for the winter. Unfortunately the roast got a little dried out, I think it was in a little too long. There was only 2 pounds of meat on my roast and it was on low for 8 ½ hours. Usually I do good with the crockpot, but this was not one of those times, then when you try to let it go until the hubby gets home for dinner, it’s even worse.

  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Place meat in crockpot.
Mix together soup, broth, and dressing mix in bowl to blend. Then add to crockpot.
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

Makes 6 servings
