This was good. I am not a fan of frying food, not because I’m a health nut, I just find it tedious and painful. Dredging meat is also a chore, you end up with flour hand and everything is caked on under your fingernails. Blech! But this sounded good and I wanted to try it. I imagine this is made with seriously sweet tea. We barely put ½ a cup of sugar in our gallon of tea, and that’s how we like it. If I were to do it again, I would do it with “make-your-teeth-hurt” tea.
